Australia

The World's Largest Island

Arriving in Australia back in 1982 as an immigrant from the UK was a daunting but exciting time of my life. I was in my teenage years when my family and I arrived, and everything in Australia felt so foreign, so vast, and hot compared to the dreary cold of the UK.

But we were welcomed with Australia’s rich landscape, a fascinating mix of climate, its spectacular coastlines and beaches and most importantly, Australia’s laid-back culture and now call Australia home!
