Alpha Bank, Eurobank Ergasias, National Bank of Greece, and Piraeus Bank are the most prominent banks.
ATMs are widely available at most banks, commercial centres, airports, hotels, restaurants, and even streetside.
If heading out to rural areas, keep some cash as ATMs are less available.
Plugs and Sockets:
For Greece, there are two associated plug types, C and F.
Plug type C is the plug that has two round pins.
Plug type F is the plug that has two round pins with two earth clips on the side.
Greece operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz.
Safety:
Greece is generally a safe country to travel to with the only concern of petty crime on the streets, so be vigilant and apply basic precaution measures.

The hub for most international flights is Athens International Airport, which connects other Greece airports.
