The resort, a simple, eco-friendly alternative made up of thatched cottages, is situated on a hill in Kovalam overlooking the Arabian sea and offers guests a peaceful and natural setting.
How To Get There

By road: Somatheeram is well-connected to nearby cities and towns, where you can hire a taxi or take a bus.
By water: If you’re travelling from nearby places like Kovalam or Poovar, you can also take a boat to reach Somatheeram.

Our Wooden Cottage
The eco-friendly resort houses wooden cottages overlooking the sea or the gardens, surrounded with beautiful palm trees. The design is rustic and basic, but the spectacular views make up for it. There is 24-hour Room Service, airconditioned rooms, fans, en-suite bathrooms and mosquito nets over the beds for utmost comfort.
We were visiting during Christmas and New Years. It was a wonderful relaxing time and perfect setting for Christmas and New Years festivities.
